Although it is the ultimate responsibility of the Executive Board or the Senior Parners to execute a Security Policy, it should be the collective responsibility of all those employed to abide by the policy, so to keep the organisation’s assets secure.
A well constructed information security policy has no or little value if it is poorly communicated and not supported by those who it governs. It is in the interest of everyone to be mindful of security whilst going about their day to day business.
Training and awareness must be an integral part of any organisation’s security plan and of company policy. Most large organisations offer training and will test employees understanding of their policy.
Security Heads provides educational services in conjunction with the creation , review or management of a security policy. We also provide seminars to senior executives focused on emerging security threats, global trends and the impact on the enterprise.
